Planning Applications

Milton Keynes Council is the planning authority for Olney and is the only body that can make decisions on planning applications. Olney Town Council is entitled to comment on planning applications but doesn't make the final decision on them.

A list of applications under consideration for the town of Olney can be found here, and also those that have need determined in the last 3 months.

Olney Town Council receives notification of every planning application that affects the Town, and every application is considered at a meeting of our Planning Committee.

The Town Council sends its comments to Milton Keynes Council. Members of the public can also submit comments to them, either by post, email or using an online form by following the link in the list of applications.

For general planning advice, or to speak to a planning officer about a particular application, call Milton Keynes Council on 01908 252358
