David Pibworth

David Pibworth

I have a lifelong connection with the town, having spent my childhood in Olney. I live in Clifton Reynes with my wife and daughter, surrounded by dogs and horses. My wife runs the livery yard which was originally part of my fathers farm.

My offices are in Clickers Yard, Olney where I am the director of a production company that represents the scripts of various classic TV Situation Comedies, runs the Arches Open Air Theatre and operates a stage hire company. As a longstanding member of Equity union, it also represents me as a stage director, actor and after dinner speaker. We have recently opened a youth film school in Olney.

I personally know most of the local businesses in town as well as many people here, old and new,  and my reason for standing for OTC is to directly represent the people and businesses of Olney by listening and working with fellow councillors as a team and ensuring transparency and respect.
